The EL CAMINO REAL Group operates five business divisions.

■ APAMAN, responsible for the real estate business, was established in 1999 with the vision to contribute to the qualitative improvement of the real estate industry through IT utilization. At its founding, it did not engage in real estate operations but provided web and cloud services. Today, it has expanded its business domains to include RPA and AI.

Currently, it operates approximately 1,000 rental brokerage stores and handles around 400,000 rental transactions, making it one of the world's largest operations. It conducted a management buyout in 2024 and delisted from the stock exchange.

■System Soft, which handles AI and IT, was founded in 1979. Initially a corporate group selling game software like Strategic Command, it is now a company that focuses on cloud services and System Engineering Services (SES) as its core business.

■Sports Management provides operational support to Avispa Fukuoka. Founded in 1982, the professional soccer club faced financial difficulties in 2014. In response, numerous Fukuoka-based companies formed the Avispa Global Associates (AGA) to support the club, a partnership that continues to this day. Avispa Fukuoka rewrote its team history by winning the 2023 J-League YBC Levain Cup and playing against Ukrainian champions FC Shakhtar Donetsk in a match supporting Ukraine.
